SHIPPING & RETURNS


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. Refunds will be assessed a 20% restock fee and the customer is responsible for paying shipping and handling fees accrued to return the item. Refunds will not be processed until the item has been received and has been examined.

Used products have a NO refund policy and are non-returnable.  We would suggest you Contact Us prior to purchasing a used item to make sure it is the part that you are looking for. The picture of the item is on the website and is current. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We are not responsible for packages until they have been delivered to our address by the shipping company that the buyer and contracted to return the item for them. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States.  We do not ship to countries outside of the US. Note that there are restrictions on some products and destinations due to the shipping handler, but not the seller.

Free Shipping only applies on certain items. Some items will be excluded from free shipping once the item has been weighed and shipping has been determined. We reserve the right to no longer offer free shipping on items that exceed the cost of the free shipping offer. We will notify the customer prior to shipping if their is a problem and give the customer the option to cancel the order. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We will do our best to get your item out the next business day with the exception of weekends and holidays.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

You will have the option to purchase shipping insurance which will help protect you from stolen or lost packages. We will work with you in regards to packages that do not arrive on time and try to help assist you in locating your package. It is the sole responsibility and liability of the shipping company to deliver your packages to your address. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Once they have received a tracking number and have been accepted by the shipper, we are no longer liable for the package, it's condition, or contents.
